  1. All use of the web site www.leadingtourslondon.com (“the Site”) is on the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to these conditions cease use of the Site immediately.

  2. You may print and keep a copy of these terms. They are a legal agreement between us and can only be modified with our consent. We reserve the right to change the terms at our discretion by changing them on the Site.

  3. By using www.leadingtourslondon.com or any Leading Tours – affiliated website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately.

  4. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following Terms & Conditions, please do not access and/or use www.leadingtourslondon.com or a Leading Tours -affiliated website.

  5. Leading Tours may change these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Please review these Terms & Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Leading Tours. Your continued use of www.leadingtourslondon.com or a Leading Tours-affiliated website after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

  6. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use www.leadingtourslondon.com content (inclusive of text, images, URLs, pricing information, etc.) in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of www.leadingtourslondon.com content requires the prior written permission of Leading Tours.

  7. You agree to use www.leadingtourslondon.com and Leading Tours-affiliated websites only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of www.leadingtourslondon.com.

  8. Your use of www.leadingtourslondon.com or any Leading Tours-affiliated sites is intended for personal, non-commercial use and/or to make legitimate requests to book the products or services offered. You agree not to use this site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests. You agree not to use robots or other automated means to access this site, unless specifically permitted by Leading Tours.

  9. Goods or services available for purchase on the Site, such as hotel, theatre bookings, attractions or museums tickets, flight and all the services, that are directing the user to other companies’ websites, are provided by our partners and comprise a contract between the user and our partner, not Leading Tours. Although Leading Tours uses its reasonable endeavors to ensure reputable suppliers are used on the Site it accepts no liability arising from supplies by such partners. All such sales are on the terms and conditions of the provider and the user which may be accessed from the Site.

2. Prices:

  1. Prices shown on Leading Tours website are per group of people or per person, unless other wise stated.

  2. Prices are subject to change, until the booking has been confirmed.

  3. For groups 10 participants or more, group tariffs may be available on request.

  4. Children under sixteen must be accompanied by an adult.

  5. Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes, charges or fees.

  6. Prices do not Include (unless stated otherwise) – gratuities to the guide, driver or tour manager, food and beverages and transfers to/from stations.

  7. Gratuities are at your discretion.

  8. Revised pricing, practices, offers, commercial catalogues, pricelists and schedules or other documents upon which pricing strategies are based on are considered in conjunction with Pricing Practices Guide.

  9. There are no additional surcharges once a tour/trip/service is booked, unless you would like to add extra services to your already purchased tour/trip/service.

3. Payments:

  1. Leading Tours accepts the following Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

  2. There is no charge service fee for processing Credit-card payments, unless otherwise stated.

  3. Full payment is required at the time of booking for all tours of London and Day Trips of London, as well as tickets, hotel bookings and all online services for tours and trips, which are conducted within the UK. Full payment is required if you would like to book a day trip, starting from other towns/resorts, outside the UK. 

  4. Cardholder must be present at the time of presenting the ticket/reservation number, unless otherwise negotiated.

  5. Leading Tours Ltd. offers only private tours and private day trips less than 24 hours of service. Therefore, Leading Tours does not fall under the requirements of the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992. The payments, made to Leading Tours for a specific private tour and private day trip, are processed via Stripe, which is a secure online platform for online payments. Once an agreement  between Leading Tours and the client is made for a specific tour/trip/service, Leading Tours sends an email with an invoice to the client with client’s details, where the client is instructed to initiate the payment via Stripe for the negotiated amount about the requested tour/trip/service. 

  6. Cash payments for reservations and bookings are allowed only in the following cases:
  • For daily organised walking tours of London, when you have received official email from Leading Tours, that Leading Tours Ltd. agrees to accept cash on spot for your specific reservation request.
  • Payments for paid museums, attractions or services, required to be paid on spot, when the customer wants to visit them, but they are not included in the provided offer.
  • When the pre-booked arrangement with your tour guide, exceeds the negotiated time of hiring.
  • Private tours/trips/services, negotiated between Leading Tours and other travel partner/tour operator/travel agent, when a privately provided service from Leading Tours is required to be paid on a last minute basis on spot.

4. What the Price Includes:

  1. What is included is stated specifically on each page.

  2. Prices do not Include (unless stated otherwise) – gratuities to the guide, driver or tour manager, lunches and transfers to/from stations.

  3. Gratuities are at your discretion.

5. Date of Departure & Collection Timings:

  1. Dates of departure and collection times are subject to change or cancellation, should unforeseen circumstances occur. Please reconfirm at time of booking.

6. Pickups and Convenient Returns (coach tours):

  1. Each tour states the exact pick up station/point, from which you will be picked up. Please make sure you read carefully all the details regarding the program and the exact pick up point of your desired tour.

  2. In the event that you miss your pickup time, please contact us.

  3. Drivers have to work under strict legal and time restrictions and therefore you will be dropped back at up to three central locations in London (unless stated otherwise during the tour).

7. Smoking:

  1. Smoking is not permitted on board, but all tours make frequent stops. On walking tours the smoking is allowed, unless you enter a building.

8. Food and drink:

  1. In the interest of safety we ask that no hot food or drinks are carried on board the coach. You could carry whatever you want to eat or drink, if you have purchased a walking tour of London.

9. Amendments & Cancellations:

  1. Theatre tickets, pub/bar crawl tours, rail trips, hop on hop off tickets, lunch and dinner products, purchased items, event tickets, museum tickets, attraction tickets, and Warner Bros studio tours cannot be amended or cancelled once booked.

  2. The Private walking Tours of London can be amended or cancelled up to 1 week before departure, otherwise a 100% charge will apply. For privately negotiated walking tours of London, worth more than £1000 per group, other cancellation and amendment policy may apply, upon agreement on both sides. 
  3. The Private Tours of London, which include private transport, can be amended or cancelled up to 2 weeks before departure, otherwise a 100% charge will apply. For the private transport based tours of London, worth more than £1500 per group, other cancellation and amendment policy may apply, upon agreement on both sides. 
  4. The Privately organised day trips from London to other parts of the UK, guided in English language, can be amended or cancelled up to 1 week before departure, otherwise a 100% charge will apply. For privately negotiated day trips from London, worth more than £1500 per group, other cancellation and amendment policy may apply, upon agreement on both sides. 
  5. The Privately organised day trips from London to other parts of the UK, guided in different languages than English, can be amended or cancelled up to 2 weeks before departure, otherwise a 100% charge will apply. For privately negotiated day trips from London, worth more than £1500 per group, other cancellation and amendment policy may apply, upon agreement on both sides. 
  6. A Transfer service can be amended or cancelled up to 1 week before departure, otherwise a 100% charge will apply.
  7. Hiring a Tour Guide for tours of London in English language, can be amended or cancelled up to 72h before departure, otherwise a 100% charge will apply.
  8. Hiring a Tour Guide in other language than English for tours of London, can be amended or cancelled up to 1 week before departure, otherwise a 100% charge will apply.
  9. Hiring a Tour Guide for day trips from London in English language or other available languages, can be amended or cancelled up to 1 week before departure, otherwise a 100% charge will apply.
  10. The tours and day trips, based for destinations outside the UK, can be amended or cancelled as follow:

10. Refunds & Compensation:

  1. All claims for refunds, should be send in a written form on our email (info@leadingtourslondon.com) in a maximum of 7 days period, after the completion of a certain tour or service, provided by leading Tours Ltd. Leading Tours Ltd, is going to reply to your claim for refund or compensation, in a period of 3 to 5 working days. 
  2. In the event that a venue is not visited during a coach tour due to unforeseen circumstances, an amount equal to the value of the admission will be refunded at our discretion.

  3. If the air conditioning or washroom on the allocated vehicle is not operational, then no refund will be made.

  4. All the theater, attractions and event tickets are not refundable. All sales are final, tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded by Leading Tours.

  5. For the private walking tours of London, in the event of unforeseen weather or other conditions, a refund of a maximum of 25% of the value of the ticket will only be given where the delay is longer than one hour.

  6. All third party products and services, where we act as an official agent, are non-refundable under any circumstances and are also subject to the terms and conditions of the product/service supplier.

  7. If you booked/paid our services via another tour operator/travel agency, and thereafter you have specific claims for refunds or compensations, they should be addressed to the company, from which you booked our services, according to their terms & conditions.  

11. E-Tickets

  1. Customers purchasing tickets on this website will receive an e-ticket. The Customer will need to print the e-ticket and bring the printed copy with them to present to a member of the Leading Tours staff at the Customers preferred boarding point. If you don’t want to print your E-tickets, please make sure, that you fill your name in the list participants, if you are more than 1 person or the payer is different from the service receiver. In the event you are provided with reference number (for private services only), you can only say that number, upon request. 

  2. The Customer should present their e-ticket or state their name to a Leading Tours member of staff, at the preferred boarding point.

  3. Leading Tours reserves the right to refuse any service presented without proof of identification used to make the purchase.

12. Passports, Visas and Personal Insurance:

  1. It is the responsibility of all passengers, regardless of nationality and destination to check with the consulate of the country they are visiting for current entry requirements.

  2. We do not offer Travel Insurance but would strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive Travel Insurance Policy prior to departure.

13. Luggage:

  1. On overnight tours an allowance of one suitcase, not exceeding 44lb in weight, or 30 x 17 x 10 in dimension is permitted together, with a small carry on.

  2. Any items left on the coach or vehicle, are left at the owner’s risk. Leading Tours will take no responsibility for loss or damage to these items.

14. Tour information:

  1. Whilst touring, please note that seats are on first come first served basis.

  2. We may, at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour, if we deem their acts or conduct offensive, or a nuisance to other passengers, and we shall have no further liability.

  3. We reserve the right to cancel any tours due to lack of demand and also to use vehicles as dictated by demand. We also reserve the right to alter at any time any price, place visited, itinerary or hotel owing to unforeseen circumstances. Every endeavour will be made to advise passengers in advance of any alterations that are deemed necessary.

  4. In the event of any passenger not being carried for any cause whatsoever, no liability will be accepted by the operators beyond the refund of the fares.

  5. Should the passenger fail to arrive or arrive late at the starting point or during the tour, then no liability can be accepted.

15. Passports & Visas:

  1. A Passport valid for all countries to be visited must be carried and you must ascertain from your Travel Agent what visas are required.

16. Accident or Loss:

  1. We have no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our employees negligence, in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) to a maximum of the refund of the tour cost.

  2. We do not own or manage the train, ships, vehicles, accommodation and restaurants used and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors or operators thereof.

 17. Complaints:

  1. We want you to enjoy your experience with us. Sometimes however things do not go according to plan and if you feel that we have not lived up to your expectations, or that we could improve our service in some way. Please let us know by info@leadingtourslondon.com and we will respond to you within 3 – 5 business days.

 18. General Conditions:

  1. No proprietor or agent of ours can vary our conditions and any such purported variation shall be of no effect unless it has been signed by our Director.

  2. This Website has been designed for use within the United Kingdom. By accessing this Website you are agreeing that the Courts of England will deal with any disputes which may arise between you and us, and that English law shall be the applicable law.
  3. We will store and use the information you supply us or which is supplied to us in your use of this Website (“your information”) for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy. You will be/would have been asked to agree to our use of your information at the appropriate time. If you do not agree, we cannot interact with you or accept your booking. Please read our privacy policy carefully prior to make a booking or enquiry request. Our Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.   4. By submitting reviews and contributions on this website or our email address (info@leadingtourslondon.com), you are granting Leading Tours Limited a nonexclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display such content throughout the world via any media.By submitting your review you represent and warrant that:– you own or control the content of your review and it is your own original work;– the content is not defamatory and does not infringe any applicable laws and – the content is accurate, truthful and your own genuine opinion and– you will indemnify and hold harmless Leading Tours for all damages, costs and expenses incurred for breach of these warranties.
  5. We may, at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour/service, if we deem their acts or conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, and we shall have no further liability.No servant or agent of ours can vary our conditions and any such purported variation shall be of no effect unless it has been signed by one of our directors. All matters concerning this booking shall be subject to English Law.
  6. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
